In December 2022, 725 Management transitioned to a new company, Real Deal Realty, where I continued to perform the same tasks, adapting to the new company structure while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
In 2021, I interviewed for a Property Management Assistant Bookkeeper position at a local company in Omaha. Although I had no prior experience in this field, my strong desire to learn more about finance and accounting drove me to pursue the opportunity. I was fortunate to be hired and welcomed into a dynamic, hands-on work environment. The company provided excellent training, allowing me to quickly develop a solid understanding of the industry and the skills necessary for success in the role.
During my time at Starbucks, I honed my ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Working in a fast-paced environment taught me the importance of time management and staying organized under pressure. I collaborated closely with my team to ensure smooth operations and timely service, and I was always ready to assist others when needed. This role significantly enhanced my communication skills as I interacted with a diverse range of customers daily. I learned to navigate various customer preferences and concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring that each individual feels heard and valued.
