The Registered Nurse Administrative Supervisor is responsible for supervisory and management
functions of the nursing department and for overall hospital functions. The administrative supervisor
provides leadership support for all departments and serves as a communicating link between
department leaders and employees. The administrative supervisor also serves as administrative
liaison on coordination of departmental activities, helps make critical decisions on issues while
collaborating with administrative, departmental directors and managers, risk management, legal,
security and corporate.
