  • This daycare has children of all ages starting from infants up to school-age children
  • The hours of the daycare are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm on Mondays through Fridays throughout the week
  • I am an assistant teacher throughout all the classrooms such as toddler's preschool era and school age campers
  • I work as a float and interact with all the children creating binds and relationships with them
  • As a daycare teacher and camp counselor, I faced two main challenges
  • Managing challenging behaviors and balancing individual needs within group settings
  • To address these issues, I focused on using positive reinforcement, providing guidance, and offering personalized attention
  • By fostering teamwork and teaching social skills, I created a harmonious environment for all children.

  • My job was to unpack new orders of fruit and vegetables and put them out on the tables

  • At the end of my shift, I would clean the back rom for the openers to make it look nice and neat they way it was when I walked in.
