  • Spearheaded transformation of a ballot measure campaign (Florida's Water and Land Legacy) to become Florida Conservation Voters, a political and community power-building environmental organization committed to centering racial, economic, and environmental justice.
  • Steadily increased organization budget and revenue by raising $2 million on average annually across multiple entities (501(c)3, 501(c)4, state political committees).
    Expanded staff from only 2 to 17 to become majority BIPOC organization and initiated shared leadership model to create opportunities for current and future BIPOC leaders.
  • Founded statewide Florida Clean Energy for Al (CEFA) Table, bringing organizations together to develop shared goals and strategies to advance a just
    transition to clean renewable energy.
  • Led strategic planning, visioning, and organizational change processes to develop long-term goals and action plans to achieve them.

  • Coordinated with coalition partners, campaign staff, and vendors to collect nearly 1 million signatures and reach ballot qualification.
  • Served on leadership team to: create plans for each campaign phase (coalition and grassroots base building, ballot qualification, and voter outreach); oversee research and polling; review amendment language; produce policy, legal, and fiscal analyses to meet state requirements; and develop fundraising materials.
  • Spearheaded grassroots coalition of more than 400 organizations and 4,000 volunteers to collect 250,000 signatures (25% of total) through volunteer efforts.
