- Allocated unique document numbers to internal documents and incoming external documents and tracked in database.
- Maintained document archive and file server (Aconex) of approved documents and drawings to provide easy traceability and retrievability.
- Prepare process and status reports, applies metrics to analyze and assess efficiencies of current document.
- Responsible for coordinating with all departments in the company through data management system and procedure in order to assure that all documents are kept in the right place and in the right department file archive.
