• Implement behavioral health Trauma-Informed Centers of Care service delivery in all 77 neighborhoods of Chicago.
• Manage and monitor services for 50 non-profit agencies providing mental health and shelter-based care.
• Review and analyzed quarterly client and service data to inform practices and modifications in service delivery.
• Manage grants and review requests for proposals for various funding sources.
• Develop interagency and cross-systems collaboration strategies among agencies to reduce barriers to treatment and shelter for Chicago residents.
