• The peculiarity of this project is that it was invested by a Chinese company, so they did not have much understanding of Mongolian environmental laws, and because of the cultural differences between the two countries, I use chinese explained to company foreign workers or leaders about all the environmental procedures which is more widely used, and followed the environmental laws and regulations in the project area.

• Monitored new projects and developments for adherence to local regulations, issued violations and determined necessary corrective actions.

By doing this work, I understood the principle of how the law works. And my knowledge of laws and regulations has increased.Also went to many companies site that minings, constructions and factories and saw the good and bad experiences with own eyes.

• Prioritized retaining awareness of new and existing environmental regulations or law, contracts and organization protocols to maintain compliance.
• Analyzed conservation plans and evaluated projects to verify quality of performance and achievement of objectives.
• Responsibly for arrange green building to plant and rehabilitation.
• Follow the safety rules to be followed on the mining site.

From this job, I learned how to organize workplace principles for example how to use my basic major and basic computer knowledge in the workplace, how to cooperate with people and colleagues, the basic concepts of safety at the mining project site, and how to organize work safely or learned how to perform and how to do paper work, official letter plan and report etc.
