- Notice of Commencement - Fill out required Notice of Commencement form with project and client information. Record and certify notice of commencements with Counties and submit back to municipality for construction commencement.
- Permit Management during Construction - Provide permit coordination during construction to ensure all inspections are called in per municipality requirements. Coordinate with trades on sub permits and inspection tracking to ensure compliance with municipality regulations
- Permit Closeout Services - Provide permit closeout services to ensure all closeout documents and holds are submitted and removed for certificate of occupancy or completion issuance and closeout of permit and subpermits
- Construction Accounting Services and Risk Management - File notice to owners for General Contractors and Subcontractors. Create and track notices filed on projects for General Contractors, Developers and Owners. Send out and collect through waivers and final releases to close out notices and ensure notices have been finaled for each noticing subcontractor. Provide waiver packages monthly to clients.
