Managing full-time caseload by assessing and prescribing behavior analytic treatment for those diagnosed with ASD. Supervised 5 candidates pursing coursework in applied behavior analysis to become a BCaBA/BCBA. Met on a bi-weekly basis to review behavior analytic content for restricted and unrestricted hours, while carrying full-time caseload.

Teaching current behavior analytic content for group experience in line with 5th Edition Task List for those in coursework to become BCaBA/BCBA. Reviews group experience content through syllabi, required assignments, and direct experience. Reviews completed quizzes and assignments, grades, and inputs in point system.

Managed full-time caseload by assessing and prescribing behavior analytic treatment for those diagnosed with ASD. Monitored clients weekly through data analysis to determine levels and trends of current treatment. Engaged in direct collaboration with outside providers to provide best quality services. Provides direct supervision to those interested in coursework/experience in ABA.

Implemented behavior analytic services prescribed by BCaBAs/BCBAs to individuals diagnosed with ASD. Met with supervisors on a bi-weekly basis to collaborate and enhance current treatment packages. Services took place in homes, schools, daycares, and/or clinics.

Developed and implemented ethical behavioral supports for individuals with disabilities and mental health needs in biological and foster care homes, day program and residential services.

Assisted children and adults in foster care,monitoring their placements, while working closely with state and legal guardians.

Responsible for performing clerical functions for patient care unit, facilitating flow of information between medical staff and departments to maximize unit efficiency. Provided administrative input regarding internal operations of the department.
