Ability to work at all CHS facilities including Emergency Department, PreService, Outpatient Surgery, Admitting, and Rehab areas.
Responsible for the patient registration process of insurance verification and authorization management for all CHS facilities. Resolving inaccurate accounts in a timely and effective manner with physician office contacts and insurance companies. Train new employees on insurance registration and authorization processes.
Register patients accurately and in a time efficient manner.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
Obtain authorizations for upcoming procedures.
-Welcome customers to the store, coordinate check in and customer flow
