Review applications, select applicants moving forward, administer the Criticall test, conduct an informational orientation for applicants, conduct reference checks, monitor the background investigation, send offer letters, complete all phases of the onboarding process.
Conduct an initial four-week classroom for new hires. Schedule and supervise the floor training with a CTO. Review DOR's. Meet weekly with CTO and trainee to discuss progress and develop additional training plan as needed. Determine when the trainee is ready to move on to next phase and be released from training.
