A summer internship offering learning opportunity for high school students interested in healthcare and hospitality. Included rotations through house-keeping, food service, and patient transport. During this internship I learned to:
- Maintain positive lobby presence, pleasantly greet guests and employees.
- Welcome guests to facility, addressed complaints and found solutions to problems.
- Accommodate to the different needs of patients, whether it was dietary or health needs.
- Maintain clean, trash-free workspaces to maximize productivity and safety.
