I was promoted into this position after working as a part-time office associate for the prior three years. Main responsibilities: Oversee general day to day operations of all administrative duties. Including but not limited to reviewing refunds and balances owed along with disputes and resolve. Ensuring all office staff are performing at a high standard and implementing policies and procedures as needed to keep all things running smoothly . Other duties include taking inventory of supplies and ordering as needed, answering phones, taking payments, other misc duties needed to improve the customer experience.
Assisted owners of patients with the check-in and check-out process including but not limited to getting initial weight, collecting any necessary information for appointment, and collecting payments. Other duties included answering phones, doing reminder calls, as well as other outreach calls to drive business.
