Alison Baughman

Although I don't have direct experience being employed working with children, I am involved in the children's ministry at church and have been for a few years. I have experience working with infants and pre-k. I also graduated high school with my CNA license and worked in nursing homes throughout high school as a part of the requirements to become a CNA. I have always loved working with kids at my church. I believe I am a good fit for a job such as this because I am calm and collected and I do well under pressure. I am passionate about creating a loving environment for children to freely express themselves and grow in ways that they are comfortable with expressing themselves.
