  • Coordinate efforts relating to development, performance, employee relations and recruiting/onboarding across the Finance & IT functions, working closely with local HR Managers in Canada, Mexico, US and Brazil
  • Assess, design, and collaborate HR best practices for Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Performance Management to implement within the Americas organization

Accomplishments

    Organizational Job Design Project - partnered with leaders across the organization to revise and update job descriptions to more accurately reflect job duties and job families that supported the future of our work and to be able to attract top talent for the future.

    Operations Reorganization - supported the reorganization efforts with client groups on initiatives such as organization design, workforce planning, communication and change management. On the People & Culture team side, ensured accuracy of data and completion of decisions to properly download into Workday.

    Performance Improvement Plan Project - revised the current process for efficiencies, along with creating support tools for managers (updated guideline document and created an action planning form) to navigate the process when noticing a lack in performance with their employees.
