Motivate, coordinate, direct and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the level of quality and top performance required to meet company objectives.
- Customer Satisfaction - actively develop a healthy customer-builder relationship. Regularly update customers on home progress and set expectations. In customer interactions, display awareness of construction detail to ensure delivery of homes that meet customer expectations. Work in cooperative ways with customers or realtors, solving, anticipating and preventing problems.
- Processes / Effectiveness - learn and follow checklists for inspections, quality control and standard operating procedures. Assist with field trainings, facilitate product deals, etc in conjunction with MB purchasing team and in line with MB purchasing principles to ensure success of the division as a whole.
- Permitting and Inspections - work with in-house permit coordinator to obtain permits and ensure all homes comply with local county and municipal code requirements.
