- Designed and implemented an OB alert: 2009-2013. Worked closely with manager of labor and delivery unit to form a rapid response team that would respond to the ED in the event of an obstetrical emergency
- HIV testing: 2009-2013. Worked with medical director to implement free HIV testing for patients with direct follow up with the health department. In turn, resulting in at least one to two positive results per month that would not have been previously diagnosed and treated
