My responsibilities include scheduling and booking all clients, along with providing follow up care and maintenance. I am also responsible for providing a clean, welcoming and warm environment to every single customer who walks through the door. Ensuring my clients feel heard and comfortable every moment of our appointment is priority for me.

My responsibilities included maintaining a clean workspace for the team throughout busy days, ensuring every appointment continues to run on time and keeping a positive attitude no matter what. Responsibilities also included laundry, washing color bowls, stocking and taking down inventory, and monitoring the front reception desk during the receptionists lunch breaks.

My responsibilities included floating around the floor assisting customers in finding exactly what they need, cash, register, responsibilities, opening and closing shifts, costume assistance, and maintaining a clean and positive environment for the team.
