• Actively assist in implementing individualized therapy plans to enhance patient recovery and independence.
• Collaboration with OT and PT staff as well as interdisciplinary team members to assess patient needs and monitor progress effectively.

• Neuro-redevelopment training: including sensory and proprioceptive techniques, stroke rehabilitation, promoting functional reach, core strength, dynamic sitting and standing balance.
• Continual collaboration with patients, families, and caregivers, building rapport, fostering trust and open communication.
• Daily documentation of treatment encounters based on patients progress reviewing short and long term goals, adjusting as needed.
