  • Assessing housing needs and locating available long-term housing for displaced policyholders and their families, including factors such as pets, distance, accessibility, and policy limits

  • Coordinating all logistics for families, including move-in, furniture delivery, utility set-up, and security deposits

  • Communite throughout the day using micosoft outlook with colleges and landlord in a timely manage
  • Search for properties using MyALE portal and online search engines and corport vendors

  • Update ACT! daily with properties contacted as and any informtaioion that is needed from the account manager on the file and the relocation specialist
  • Take on new claim throught out the day as they are assigned
  • Submit property options in a timely manger into MyALE so that they account manager can review the information regarding the property specs and pricing for the lease term needed
  • Maintaining the goal of a submitting 5 property options each day

  • Maintain and track all broken equipment, by using tracking lables and our internal excel spread sheet to make sure the equipment has been sent back in working condition
  • Attend week long summer sales meeting and photography training each summer
  • Attend week long training sessions in the winter located at our coproparte office
  • Book flight for the photography department staff for out of town training events
  • Submit photography into contests for each employee two times a year
  • Check time and miles sheet for accuracy
  • Trun in monthly receipt for photography expenses with in the department
  • Work closely with our HR department with new hires, employee performance reviews, employee write ups and also employee discharges
  • Manage the return of photography equipment at the end of the season making sure that each photographer has truned in all equipment
  • Test and calibrabrae all photography equipement with light reading and photographs sent to our corporte offiice to determin the setting for each camera system.
