• Transaction Settlement and Reconciliation Automation, Developed a UiPath-based automation that performs settlement and reconciliation procedures for all daily financial transactions. This project was developed to utilize stored procedures that analyse and filter the transactions using matching criteria. It used API to post processed transactions to respective General Ledgers. It accuracy was over 97% as exceptions were efficiently handled using best practices.
• Real Estate Data Extraction and Report Generation, Developed a bot that automatically extracted real estate data from business designated websites and generated comprehensive reports. This helped reduce the time spent on report generation by 90%.
• PDF Data Extraction Automation, Developed a UiPath-based automation that extracts specific data from PDF documents, cleans and dump the data into a MSSQL database. This Saved 30 hours a week for the business units as the repetitive and daunting task has been handled more effectively by the bot.
• Set up of RPA Bot structure, I effectively set up the bot structure for a firm that newly adopted RPA technology. I set up the UiPath studio, Orchestrator Management, AD Integration, MS SQL Database set up and connectivity. This was a successful project that made the new RPA team win TEAM of the year award.
• Customer Onboarding Automation, Automated the customer onboarding process using UiPath by integrating marketing procedures and creating a seamless process from document collection to account creation on the company’s customer portal. This helped the marketing team to focus on other aspects of their job description and improved the business unit turnaround time (TAT).
