I am currently a Dietetic Intern and graduate student pursuing a Masters of Science in Nutrition at the University of Houston after earning my Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods. My clinical training and experience as a Nutrition Assistant have provided me with a strong foundation in medical nutrition therapy, nutrition assessment, therapeutic diets, patient education, and evidence based practice. Working alongside registered dietitians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams has strengthened my ability to deliver compassionate, patient centered nutrition care while developing strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Throughout my education and professional experiences, I have built meaningful relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals while demonstrating adaptability, critical thinking, and a commitment to a lifetime of learning. I thrive in collaborative, fast paced healthcare environments and I’m passionate about helping individuals improve their health through nutrition. As I complete my graduate degree and dietetic internship, I am seeking an opportunity to begin my career as a Registered Dietitian, where I can continue to grow professionally while making a positive impact on patient outcomes and the communities I serve.
