Dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to complete the offices needs. Organized Dental Receptionist providing detailed customer service and scheduling support.
As a front desk receptionist at the MNSU-dental clinic I have had the opportunity to expand my experience in customer service. Learning how to navigate the Dentrix software system has been a great learning experience. I enjoy keeping a well-organized reception area, and working in a welcoming environment for visitors. Daily, I manage phone calls, emails, check-in, insurance, and scheduling appointments. I assist patients in filling out documents, and finding other offices for any care we are not able to provide at our clinic such as wisdom teeth removal. I have supported office efficiency by performing clerical task such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents. I have cultivated positive relationships with clients and my coworkers. I am currently training someone in for the position as well. I am so grateful to have this job, but if I get into the program they do not allow students to work at the front desk while in the program. Therefore, I am looking for an office I can continue my work at while in the program as well over the summer.
