01.2020 - Current

· Co-leading WIRES project that is funded by U.S. Department of State. We are working with 42 women engineers from SE Asia. We are mentoring them on technical topics related to power grid. At PNNL, we are a team of 6 mentors.

· Co-led an international workshop for WIRES in Vietnam. We had 50 attendees from 4 different countries along with 9 PNNL staff members.

· Leading a team of three in GridAtlas. Data Processing and creation of synthetic CIM models for distribution feeders across USA. Team size 3(present, might increase if needed).

· Led several projects related power grid communication, distribution, transmission. Some are GridAPPS-D, GridLAB-D

· Developed and implemented an application service in GridAPPS-D, an ADMS platform. The DNP3 service is being used and implemented by multiple National Labs and small industries.

· Represented PNNL at an International Female Leaders in Energy workshop in Philippines. I was invited as a speaker and a panelist to FLIE mentees about PNNL work on “Cross-Border Energy Trade” and share my career journey.

· Led the task for Integrating GridAPPS-D DNP3 service for NREL ADMS Test Bed. Developed a new capability to the service where GridAPPS-D is acting as a client to the actual devices in Distribution systems.

· Was invited to represent PNNL at SECA - Siemens EMA Customer Association as SME on Distribution systems.

· Co-led an international workshop for WIRES in Vietnam. We had 50 attendees from 4 different countries along with 9 PNNL staff members.

· Serving as Diversity, Equity Council representative for Electricity Infrastructure & Buildings Division at PNNL.

· Led the team for SMARTs development in DyNS (Dynamic Smarts) project at Infosys for monitoring of Virtual Networks. As a part of this project, I supervised several team members and trained them extensively.

· Led the implementation on NIAB (NOC In a Box) contracts like Zurich Insurance Group, DCG etc.

· Conducted KT sessions to BT India Team for handover of PEC Application Support.

· Led the VDC Migration of Credit Suisse and European central bank from InCharge8 to InCharge9.2, which are the most critical clients of BT currently

· Prepared and presented document for design and integration of SMARTS and PEC tools for monitoring of server health. The document was reviewed and approved by the BT MNC Forum and has become a standard for use in current and future integration projects within the team.

    • Won Outstanding of the Year (OTY) for STEM contribution at PNNL in FY 23.

    Selected by the US Department of State as a mentor for the prestigious Female Leadership in Energy (FLIE) program. Mentoring two female engineers from SE Asia

    Serving as liaison between PNNL and City of Richland for strategic collaboration activities (industrial tour, NZERO, etc.) – 28 members(14 COR SCADA tours)

    Serving as Liaison for WSU-PNNL collaboration: (i) Hosted WSU TC students for a technical tour of EIOC – 12 students along with 6 PNNL staff members (ii) Planning a second WSU-PNNL event with IEEE. 2 students from WSU got involved in WSU Spring Practicum after that.

    Invited to be a panelist by PNNL Spark on International Women’s Day along with senior women leaders at the lab.

    • Scholarships Chair: Society of Women Engineers, Eastern Washington Section (03/2017 - present)

    • Promoted to Senior Associate consultant (July 2016) at Infosys for demonstrated leadership in on time delivery of end-to-end monitoring solution (complete with user friendly front-end and back-end) to client as part of a critical contract.

    • Awarded Certification of Appreciation by Infosys for quickly scaling up in the project NIAB and delivering complex contracts in time.

    • Awarded “Bravo Award” by Tech Mahindra for completing PEC porting from Solaris to Linux and resolving contract related issues to ensure timely delivery to Credit Suisse.
