As a core member of the team, I played a pivotal role in modernizing the structure of the professional organization

This included:

• Modernizing the official website and creating a Telegram channel and a comprehensive library of scientific materials (roou.ru)
• Completely revamping the organizational framework
• Launching and managing a YouTube channel with over 400 videos (https://www.youtube.com/@oncologyurology)
• One of my most significant contributions was the development of professional growth programs for young specialists. Over three years, more than 50 early-career doctors were given the opportunity to participate in Russian and international congresses, as well as hands-on training in oncological surgery, with RAOU’s support
• I was directly involved in organizing four congresses for young scientists and three RAOU Forums for early-career doctors (2022 in Ufa, 2023 in Tyumen, and 2024 in Kazan)
• Together with RAOU leaders, we developed the 'Doctor of the Future' competition program, enabling young doctors to gain experience in public speaking and presenting clinical cases

• I conducted numerous interviews with Russian and internationally renowned opinion leaders in medicine, particularly in oncology
• Through publications in Urology Today and Oncology Today, I addressed critical topics such as the quality of medical care for patients and the challenges of healthcare system administration
• As a journalist, I participated in leading professional congresses worldwide, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the American Urological Association (AUA), the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), and the European Association of Urology (EAU)

My professional experience I consider almost equivalent to formal university education. During this time, I gained profound knowledge in oncology, established connections with an international network of experts, and became familiar with the professional guidelines for cancer treatment

• In 2019 I founded a literary club for children and hosted weekly meetings for more than four years. During these sessions, we discussed books, read aloud, wrote essays, and worked on research projects related to school assignments Over time, the club evolved—gaining knowledge, experience, and welcoming new members
• Since 2021, we partnered with a local bookstore, Orion (Belgorod city), to hold our weekly meetings. This collaboration enhanced the visibility and social impact of the club
• Importantly, the club has always been free of charge, ensuring accessibility for all participants

• I actively contribute to supporting Ukrainians affected by Russian military aggression. Since 2022, I have been a dedicated member of a volunteer group
• In June 2023, acting as an independent volunteer, I assisted a Ukrainian family in relocation from Russia to Europe
• I regularly participate in various social initiatives, including environmental projects such as organizing garbage collection in natural areas

• I actively participated in the activities of WWF and Greenpeace, volunteering as a firefighter, providing fire relief support, working as a counselor at children's environmental camps, and organizing garbage collection in natural areas

• While working for online platforms (infox.ru and gazeta.ru) and popular scientific magazines (National Geographic and Vokrug Sveta), I published news articles and interviews focused on research in medicine and fundamental biology
