  • With schedule adjustments, this increased Patient satisfaction as lead to a reduce in cancellations and better flow for physicians as well as staff satisfaction due to consistency
  • Ran, built, and designed service reports in meeting that entailed overall case volume, Clinic volume, outpatient testing statistics and utilized the data to determine growth efforts and areas that can use improvement
