I was a restaurant manager for 3 years. I was responsible for the day to day operations, such as: communicating with and maintaining a good interpersonal relationship with all clientele, maintaining and logging information, managing and scheduling employees, hiring, working with other managers/supervisors, ensuring all cash deposits are dropped off at the bank, being a quick thinker that is able to adjust to any dilemmas or set backs, if ever the supervisor was not present, I was trusted with the responsibility of running the area efficiently. All that to say, I have a lot of experience working with any and all kinds of people, problem solving and management.
I was the one of the youngest Store Managers in the company.
