Conduct monitoring and create a report of NIBA and IMMS accounts for compliance in Periodical Risk Review on a monthly basis. Review all LexisNexis alerts for clearance to Account Opening and KYC to move forward in new business opportunities on a daily basis. Monitor and create on a weekly basis IAS accounts report to ensure compliance. Complete monthly metrics for reporting all monitoring functions listed above. Conduct Q/A testing as needed on various software platforms used for screening purposes when upgrades are applied. Track the number of technology error codes and update technology department.
