  • I lucratively manage the day-to-day calls and distribute information to the proper groups/shops; while efficaciously supporting the Delta room Dispatchers in maintaining campus fire alarms, emergency elevator phones and Tridium controls systems.
  • I program, maintain backups, & run JCI Metasys PMI/Extended Architecture.
  • I have a full working knowledge of HVAC, hot water, chill water, & exhaust systems.
  • I work with IT in maintaining our JCI, voice logger & Simplex TSW servers.
  • I have worked to become the sole contact in the Delta room for the heating and cooling plants.
  • My other responsibilities include being responsible for organizing the draining and filling of chill water for campus, med center, housing, and athletics.
  • I am also accountable for large building controls punches and maintaining the delta room’s large library of controls drawings.
  • I am the coordinator for Delta room’s calls with EDR.
  • I am responsible for the dependability of field calls from Dispatchers & 24/7 to help keep the Delta room running efficiently and productively.
  • I have a very reliable call in/call back record over the past 26 years.
  • I set in on meetings and Lead the Delta Room, in the absence of my supervisor.
