My name is Allen Gruber. I would like to give you a quick bio of myself.
I have been In the construction industry since I was 15 years of age. I started with a custom builder I attended church with, framing, wiring, roofing and siding single family, custom homes. In the many years following I worked for several contractors gaining invaluable experience in all phases of construction making me into the hard working attention to detail person I am today.
For the past 8 plus years I have been hired by two different construction business owners who approached me about helping to run and grow their businesses. The one company gave me the title of superintendent/ senior projects manger and for the other company I was the main estimator as well as project/operations manager.
In both cases I not only estimated projects but also was in charge of managing all field crews, scheduling all jobs out with subcontractors and field crews, customer relations, finding and hiring subcontractors, as well as finding and ordering materials and generating change orders on each of the jobs. I became proficient in Builder Trend construction management software through in depth trining with the software and using it for several years in every aspect of each job.
