• Worked in Magee Ms as staff and charge nurse for approximately three years. Transferred to Acute dialysis at Baptist hospital as staff nurse and charge. After one year I excepted the position of Director of nursing for Baptist and Rankin medical center. My supervisor let me decide to step down from this position to staff nurse, which i did to allow a gentlemen veteran returning from Iraq war to return to the position he held prior to deploying to Iraq. Within a few months i was offered the Director of nursing position at Hazlhurst Ms Chronic unit for approximately one year.
