Supervised Maintenance Worker II for 17 years before reclassification of positions within the OA/FMDC.
  • Archibus, Mapcon and MS2000 computer programs used to make up preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Provide heat/ac/lighting to building by using computer program Metasys provided by Johnson Control. Including settings and tracking problems within the building.
  • Service and maintain operation of two 145-ton McQuay chillers and cooling tower.
  • Maintain Indeeco electric hot water boiler with 2 motors/pumps.
  • Run daily chemical test for cooling tower water.

  • Worked as a maintenance worker in a housing unit that housed 500 inmates. I was self-supervised doing specific duties of multiple work orders. Supervised inmates who worked for maintenance department anywhere from 5 to 10 daily. I had a daily routine of picking up keys and radio. Assessing work orders by priority. Making list of tools materials needed for the days work. Checking blueprints for location of job.
