Setup orientation and training for new hires. Road certifications, yard movement and understanding paperwork requirements.

To make sure that the drivers are up to date on all new laws. To go over their violations with them, in a informative manner.

To handle the scheduling of personal and medical time off. So that drivers time off is efficiently coordinated to not mess up, either the customers or brokers schedule, nor to interfere with the drivers time.
