Was responsible for hooking up steam system to heat up asphalt railcar and unload them into storage tanks. Also granular railcars and trucks. Make a variety of asphalt batch to with in company specifications. Operation of an above ground mining operation, crush our own limestone rock into a filler powder. Operation of front end steer loader to push up and stack limestone rock from trucks as the rock was being delivered. Load up scrap trucks with plant waste. Making sure all areas in west yard were in environmental compliance and msha compliance regulations. Worked multiple variations of rotation shifts, days and nights. 12 1/2 hours a shift. Worked in quality control lab filling a job vacancy for two years, running a variety of test to make sure all production products were meeting industry and company standards.
