Accomplishments

I have always been a go getter. I was not able to afford to go to college so I was self taught. I got my first job in a little computer shop in my home town. Then I got a job at General Dynamics as a Micro Electronic bonder working on the stinger missile. I was working for the Navy but not in the Navy so I was a casualty of cut backs. My grandmother was moving to Oregon so I went with her. I got my job at Safeway as a box boy. I worked my way up to checker but always had my love for computers. I was fixing my managers computer and he would ask me to fix his friends computers and stuff. One day he called me to the office and asked if I would like to try the IT department for Safeway of course I said yes. He told me that he got a Email asking if he knew anyone that would like to do installs. He asked me and replied to them and I was on my way to Portland, Oregon the next week, This was supposed to be just a temp job but the liked me so much they kept me out for the next install and the next and this lead to me getting a field technician position. this is where all my accomplishments and from hard work and my drive in doing what I like best paid off.

Additional Information - Volunteer

I often volunteer my time to fix and to teach people computers. I have always just been a person who loves to give up my time in order to help others learn. My bosses at my job with Safeway is an example. I was fixing his computer for him all the time. He happened to know someone in IT at Safeway gave him a call and I did the rest.
