  • When the plant was shut down for the winter I would assist with winter maintenance. Typically consisting of changing belts, rollers and repair warped bins.


While employed with LG Everist the company had purchased Myrl and Roys' Paving. With my knowledge of the scale house and the customer basis from working in the quarry during the buyout I was brought onto the accounting team. I was able to mitigate the tension customers had toward the change as I was able to speak for them on past agreements the company had made. Among with being an advocate for my peers and customers as an accountant my typical daily duties consisted of the following:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable for 3 quarries and 4 gravel pits
  • Forecasted plant operations for the salesmen
  • Make in house collection calls
