Creative Strategist
- Develop and execute creative strategies for major clients, such as Chipotle, on social media platforms that increase brand awareness and drive business growth
- Collaborate with team to develop creative concepts, messaging, and visuals for campaigns based on marketing briefs
- Continuously grow and expand expertise to stay up to date on best practices, unit types/functionality, and industry trends
- Build trusted partnerships with clients, keeping them informed on timing, status, next steps, and needs to ensure everyone is informed and delivering work as expected
- Responsible for driving and organizing teams, reviewing client materials, leading brainstorms, storyboarding, providing creative direction, and tracking feedback, among other duties
- Work closely with media teams from pre-launch to post-launch to align on media plan, asset needs, QA tagging doc, and make creative optimizations based on performance
- Manage and mentor coordinators and interns to ensure the successful delivery of client objectives.
