As a proactive and creative individual, I possess a solid academic drive and have a keen interest in human resources, especially in areas such as planning, conflict resolution, and societal dynamics, to further develop my expertise in HR. While at The University of Phoenix, I showcased my leadership skills as the group leader for a significant HR project. Under the guidance of the HR director, I led an initiative to re-evaluate the existing performance appraisal process and associated expectations. This involved dividing the HR department into smaller groups, each responsible for researching and proposing an improved performance appraisal process for review by the HR director and the company.
