Work one on one with artists to digitize, color match, and reproduce artwork on a variety of fine art papers and canvas; Soley handled this service for the last 4 years
Assist with digital restorations of photographs at several different levels of deterioration
Scan a variety of media such as 35mm slides, negatives, documents, photographs, journals, and letters to provide digital files for archiving and printing
Oversee all operations of fine art print lab including ordering, organizing, cropping, sizing, editing, printing, trimming, stretching canvases, quality control, packaging, shipping, invoicing, and communications with customer start to finish
Print finishing such as laminating, mounting, comb binding, scoring, and stack cutting
Managing and training new employees
Organizing orders based on priority, creating to do list, delegating orders to printing assistants
Quickly shifting work flow and tasks to meet deadlines and solve problems
Perform all routine maintenance on large format printers and calibrate monitors
Troubleshoot printing and equipment issues
