Dynamic leader with 26 years at Westside Food Bank, excelling in program management and community outreach. Committed to fostering growth in young women at the YWCA, demonstrating strong teamwork and dependability in all initiatives.
I spent 26 years at the Westside Food Bank, where I wore many hatsfrom dispatch and volunteer coordination to directing our Mobile Pantry program, which I helped create to serve underserved neighborhoods. These roles gave me hands-on experience in community outreach, program management, and volunteer supervision, always with a mission-driven focus on equity and support.
I served as Assistant Housing Director at the YWCA of Santa Monica’s transitional housing program for young women exiting the foster care system. In that role, I lived on-site and worked closely with residents to build life skills, pursue higher education or career training, and prepare for independent living. It was a deeply personal and rewarding experience that reinforced my dedication to being a steady, caring presence in young people’s lives.
