  • Responsible for monitoring the training process and requirements of over 200 employees in our district for onboarding and compliance
  • Work with Store Manager Trainees in our district to ensure timely completion of our 16 week training program
  • Collaborate with the District Leader to monitor Store Manager Trainees to ensure their training is going smoothly and develop action plans to keep them on track
  • Implement training program with Store Manager Trainees assigned to my store from ensuring module completion to on the job training and certification of tasks
