  • After my first few months in Heartland's call center, I was personally invited to become one of the first members and a beta tester of their new Chat Support team. I played a major role in the development of our chat team and gave many suggestions as to how we can make chat better.
  • I have successfully balanced Hybrid work at Heartland by working from home one day of the week, and working from the office 4 days a week. Being able to do hybrid work helped to bring a sense of balance to my life.
