Author of winning STEM Ecosystem grant for 8 NJ counties using demographics, psychographics, and infographic data analysis supported by US Census, DoD, and NSF practices targeting equity, access, and measurement for workforce development.
- Lead Analyst responsible for data collection and analysis of Census data on 20 local communities and adding statewide research among 21 counties.
- Contractor who designed staff training materials & presentations needed to inform residents of new policies and certification requirements for teaching. Results: received an average 4.8 rating out of 5 by workshop participants across a project.
- Project Manager supervises teams of 7 to 394 managers for a corporate client for seven years, responsible for reporting, tracking, and evaluating results.
