In addition, I conduct weekly patient chart reviews, create and maintain the tech schedule, manage inventory and supplies, review physician orders for accuracy prior to initiating any type of diagnostic procedure or treatment plan, and train new employees. I also serve as a resource for technical troubleshooting and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
