I have more than 20 years of customer service experience both in person and over the phone. I am proud to say that I build positive trusting relationships with clients both over the phone and in person. I have had financial professionals request to meet me in person when possible. I pride myself on being honest, if I do not know the answer to a question I will research the issue and get back to them. That also means taking ownership of my mistakes and making them right. I believe that "all actions flow from attitude", so I keep positive and that reflects on my work. I am a team player who enjoys working, helping and learning from my coworkers!
