Allison Mulder

• Assist in the implementation of academic, behavioral and social skills necessary for exceptional students to function independently in the general education curriculum
• Work as a member if a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate integration of exceptional students in the least restrictive setting
• Assist in the implementation of strategies to facilitate skill development
• Work with students that require the use of specialized structured teaching techniques such as individualized schedules, checklists, and visual supports
• Assist in ongoing developmental assessments by monitoring and documenting progress of students

• Utilize behavior plans created by analyst and implement appropriately
• Teach skills that allow individuals to communicate and/or function more effectively
• Communicate with analysts and regional coordinator as well as parents
• Complete daily progress notes and make recommendations for continued client success

Coaching has allowed me the opportunity to handle pressure situations, be a role model for players and teach both responsibility and good sportsmanship. Job responsibilities include:

• Construct and facilitate practice plans to engage and develop players.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents and colleagues regarding games, changes and practices.
• Create and implement player development ideas during COVID restrictions.
• Monitor athlete academics and impose policy discipline when appropriate.

• Attend to students physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs
• Adapt lessons and activities to fit the students needs
• Create daily lesson plans for the required course material
• Utilize classroom experience to provide a productive and safe learning environment
