My current role has evolved from a part-time position answering phones to my current position as Production Manager. Recently, my role even involved overseeing a $300K commercial project. Due to the nature of small businesses, I have also had ample opportunities to engage in marketing, team management, sales, contract management, human resources, and customer service. This variety of responsibilities has allowed me to round out my skills, increasing my capacity and capability to serve in any position successfully.
