  • Oversaw loss prevention efforts, minimizing shrinkage by implementing effective security measures and training staff on proper procedures. My team was one of only 4 stores to make our shrink budget in the district. This was accomplished by focusing on customer service at our ACO-Assisted checkout out stations. Monitoring shrink trends within specific categories in the store and creating a plan of action using company tools to reduce product loss.   • Maximized sales by creating innovative visual merchandising displays. Each year for Christmas all of the managers would tour and rate each store in the district for store cleanliness and seasonal presentation. Each year my team would win for our seasonal presentation and displays.

Planograms , staffing, or product disposition to maintain company standards or product protection. I also volunteered yearly to assist with the cosmetic resets for our district. I would supervise the team in past years to ensure the planograms were set accurately and to company standards. Everything was clean, and all fixtures were ordered prior to me leaving the store.
