Allison Pollard Phillips

I have worked as a Registered Nurse since June 2010 at Children's of Alabama. As an RN, I have worked in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Children's of Alabama 2013-Present. My job duties include caring for a wide variety of patients including many neonates with complex single ventricles requiring lifesaving surgery within the first few days of life. My nursing career has also included working at Brookwood Baptist Medical Center from January 2022 to June 2023 as a nursery resource nurse. These job duties included attending deliveries of babies while providing transition nursing care, as well as fostering relationships with families.

I am a compassionate Registered Nurse with experience offering comprehensive patient care in and inpatient environment. I work well with diverse patient populations and fosters trusting relationships to improve patient outcomes. I can efficiently coordinate with healthcare professionals to promote patient and family wellbeing. My goal is patient and family centered care.
