Responsibilities − supervise all front office operations including front desk, bell service, and security. Oversee front desk operations on a daily basis including guest relations, accounting, and personnel development. Perform MOD responsibilities and act as the main point of contact for all hotel operations in the absence of an executive manager (2017-2018). Proactively sell and detail events utilizing up to 10,000 square feet of meeting space, both with and without food and beverage, sell and coordinate group room blocks of up to 50 rooms per night, including wedding blocks and corporate travel. Act as event manager for all pop-up events, including detailing all food and beverage and room setup requirements. Participate in all corporate promotional and marketing events to drive business to the hotel and increase revenue (2018-2020).
